Kickboxing Class
Join us for a dynamic kickboxing class at Mountainside in Princeton, MA. Instructor Justin Sullivan of Sully’s Self Defense and Fitness will lead you through an engaging, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve coordination, and boost confidence.
All experience levels are welcome—no prior training (or equipment) needed. Just bring your energy, comfortable clothes, and be ready for a great workout!
